How to get rid of your insecurity
Insecurity is a relative term. Its meaning differs from person to person. The Objective analysis would be the lack of comfort with what we have physically, emotionally, psychologically, financially and socially.
The Insecurity stems from lack of confidence in ourselves, in things we do, in possessions what we have, in comparisons we make with others in society and lack of clarity of the path we have to take towards life in future.
If we take each dimension in life for example First Personal Dimension. It goes with What I am , What are my Interests, When I will be Happy , What are my Strengths ,
What are my weaknesses, when I will be more excited? At personal Level, I have to decide what makes me happy and then I have to channelize that aspect into other areas, dimensions of life. If I can do what I like, I will never feel insecure because I know what I am doing and I am enjoying my life in what I am doing and personally I don’t have any insecurity.
Coming to Financial Dimension, This is the area where one should have more clarity and planning. For most of the people, it has to be acquired through meticulous planning, organizing and implementing our thoughts and ideas. This is most crucial area where we feel more insecure because of the comparison with others as the world is always changing and monetary needs are changing and we will always be running for monetary needs without clarity on how much money we need at what age and what materialistic possessions we should acquire at what age. This is the area where we have to focus on and plan the life according to our mentality, actual needs and our comfort levels without comparison with anybody.
Emotional Dimension, Our thoughts rule our acts and our attitude. Our acts again bounce back with results and rule out thoughts. To avoid any insecurity in emotional dimension,
We should have positive thoughts, clarity in thoughts and whatever we do it should be in line with our ultimate objective and mission.
Social Dimension, This area goes with our self esteem, self image and self concept. If one has self respect and positive self image, he will respect himself and he will treat others also like how he wants to be treated by others. Accepting others as they are and treating them respectfully will avoid any insecurity in social dimension. The root cause is always is working with ourselves and more self analysis will avoid any insecurity in any area.
